AGREEMENT CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA I agree to join this AGREEMENT and to leave my personal data in the online application (registration) for further processing:
- confirm that all mentioned data belongs to me personally;
- I am fully responsible for any decisions made by me on the basis of information posted on this website;
- I confirm that I am not a tax or other resident of the United States of America, Singapore;
- if the information provided by me is knowingly false, I accept all responsibility for possible consequences;
- acknowledge and recognize that I have read carefully and fully the Agreement and conditions for processing my personal data specified by me in the fields of online application (registration), the text of the agreement and conditions of processing personal data is clear to me;
- give my consent to the treatment the information of my personal data for the conclusion between me and GMTINCORPORATION PTE. LTD this Agreement and its subsequent execution;
- agree to the terms and conditions of personal data processing without reservations and limitations.
Also, the user consents to the processing of personal data, and confirms that, by giving such consent, he is acting freely, of their own free will and in their interest. User’s consent to the processing of personal data is concrete, informed and conscious.
This consent of the User is executed in simple written form, for processing the following personal data: surname, name, patronymic; year of birth; the data of identity documents, place of residence (town, region); telephone numbers; email addresses (E-mail).
The user provides GMTINCORPORATION PTE. LTD right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage during period is specified in legislative documents storage time of reporting, but not less than three years from the date of termination of the service by the User; clarification (updating, change); use; destruction; depersonalization; transfer by order of the court, including third parties, in compliance with the measures ensuring the protection of personal data against unauthorized access.
This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of provision of data and can be revoked by You by filing an application GMTINCORPORATION PTE. LTD by directing the User of the relevant order in written form to the e-mail address (E-mail) GMTINCORPORATION PTE. LTD. The society is not responsible for the use (both legal and illegal) by third parties of Information posted by User, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out in all possible ways. GMTINCORPORATION PTE. LTD has the right to amend this Agreement.
This agreement is equal to the signed original document.
